一. According to the different alloys of patterned aluminum plates, they can be divided into:
1. Ordinary aluminum alloy pattern plate: Aluminum alloy pattern plate processed with 1060 aluminum plate as the base, which can adapt to normal environment and is low in price. Usually cold storage, floors, and outer packaging often use this kind of patterned aluminum plates.
2. Aluminum alloy pattern plate: processed from 3003 as the main raw material. This kind of aluminum plate is also called rust-proof aluminum plate. Its strength is slightly higher than ordinary aluminum alloy pattern plate. It has certain anti-rust performance, but the hardness and corrosion resistance are It cannot reach the 5000 series pattern plates, so this product is used in areas with less strict rust prevention requirements, such as truck models and cold storage floors.
3. Aluminum-magnesium alloy pattern plate: It is processed from 5000 series aluminum plates such as 5052 or 5083. It has good corrosion resistance, hardness and anti-rust properties. Usually used in special places, such as ships and cabin lights in humid environments. This kind of aluminum plate has high hardness and has a certain load-bearing capacity.

二. According to the different patterns of aluminum plates, they are divided into:
1. Five-rib aluminum alloy pattern plate: Five-rib anti-slip aluminum plate is also called willow leaf-shaped pattern plate or aluminum alloy pattern plate. It has good anti-slip ability and is widely used in construction (floor) platform design and other aspects. Because the pattern on the surface of the aluminum plate is arranged relatively parallel to five concave and convex patterns, and each pattern has an angle of 60-80 degrees with other patterns, this pattern has excellent anti-skid properties. This kind of aluminum plate is usually used as anti-skid in China. It has good anti-skid effect and is cheaper.
2. Compass aluminum alloy pattern plate: anti-slip aluminum plate, which has the same effect as five ribs, but is not commonly used.
3. Orange peel aluminum alloy pattern plates are divided into: classic orange peel pattern aluminum plates, variant orange peel pattern aluminum plates (also known as insect patterns). Its surface shows a pattern similar to orange peel, so it can also be called orange peel pattern aluminum plate. It is a series of pattern products commonly used in refrigerators, air conditioners and packaging.
4. Lentil-shaped pattern aluminum plate is a commonly used style of anti-skid aluminum plate. It has good anti-skid effect and is mainly used for anti-skid carriages, platforms, anti-skid cold storage floors, anti-skid workshop floors, and anti-skid elevators.
5. Spherical pattern aluminum plate can also be called hemispherical pattern aluminum plate. The surface shows small spherical patterns, like small pearls, so this aluminum plate can also become pearl-shaped pattern aluminum plate. Mainly used in outer packaging. The appearance is quite beautiful. Due to the special pattern, the strength of this aluminum plate is much higher than other pattern series.
6. Other aluminum plate pattern materials: corrugated pattern material, water corrugated aluminum pattern plate, corrugated pattern aluminum plate (can also become aluminum tile), rattan pattern aluminum plate, three-dimensional triangular aluminum pattern plate, strip pattern aluminum plate, pebble aluminum Patterned plates, aluminum patterned plates, triangular striped patterned aluminum plates, butterfly patterned aluminum plates, etc.
7. Diamond-shaped aluminum alloy pattern plate: commonly used for packaging pipes or outer packaging.

Patterned Aluminum Sheet Applications Patterned aluminum sheets are widely used in furniture: refrigerators, air conditioners, carriages, platforms, packaging pipes, screen frames, various suspension beams, table legs, decorative strips, handles, wire troughs and covers, chair tubes etc.

Disadvantages: Although aluminum profiles have many advantages, they are about 3 to 4 times more expensive than iron products. Aluminum materials that have not been oxidized are prone to "rusting", resulting in reduced performance. The longitudinal strength is not as good as that of iron products. The wear resistance of the surface oxide layer is not as good as that of the electroplated layer, which is easy to scratch and the cost is higher.
